ADVERBS OF MANNER
These adverbs tell us in what way someone does something.
FORM: Adjective + ly
1. We form many adverbs from an adjective + LY (quick - quickly)
2. If an adjective ends with Y, the adverbs ends with ILY: (happy - happily)
3. If an adjective ends with BLE, the adverbs ends with BLY: (comfortable - comfortably)
4. If an adjective ends with IC, the adverbs ends with ICALLY: (dramatic- dramatically)
5. Irregular forms (good – well, hard – hard, fast - fast)

3. James dances very __________ (good).
